• Each Troop is authorized ONE point of contact to register and pay for ALL scouts and adults attending the overnight IN ADVANCE, preferably using the Troop account. This should be coordinated at the Troop level before attempting to register.
• No scout may be left at the museum without coordinated responsible adult supervision.
• Dinner – The Museum does not provide dinner during the overnight. It is the responsibility of the group to eat dinner beforehand.
• Breakfast – Starting in 2020 the Museum will no longer provide breakfast during overnights.
Late Arrival Policy – Doors are locked promptly at 6:00 PM. Please arrive by 5:30 PM to start check-in for the overnight. Due to the disruption of activities, late arrivals will not be able to participate in the overnight.
Pricing – $40 per scout, $40 per leader/chaperone.
Payment – Payment is due upon registration, and all sales are final, as this money is used to purchase resources necessary for overnights. In order to provide the best experience possible for our scouts, space is limited in each overnight.
Refunds – The Museum has a no refund policy, if there is a conflict with the overnight, the date will be rescheduled.
