You must login to the account portal with the e-mail that is associated with your membership. The little green button located on the upper-right portion of our portal will take you there.
Navigate to the “Membership” tab where you will input your member number into the text field to verify.
Input the verification code that is sent to your e-mail and your membership and online account are linked!

*Note: If your membership lapses, your serial number will become invalid and renewing your membership will not be possible. You must then re-register for a new membership.

At the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum, we proudly offer special membership discounts for both teachers and military servicemembers as a token of our appreciation for their invaluable service.
If you have a current Membership and have lost your card, replacements can be acquired on your next visit to the Museum at our Admissions desk. If your online account is linked to your active membership, you can view an electronic copy.
Yes. Present your photo I.D. to the Admissions Desk so that they can verify your Membership in our database.
If you purchased in-person, we will immediately print your card upon transaction completion. If you purchased your membership online, you should have received an electronic copy. We will be able to look up your membership information on your next visit and print your card at our Admissions desk.
The Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Most Memberships are fully tax deductible. Please consult your tax preparer for details. The Museum relies on donations and support from the community in order to maintain its programs and exhibits.
Many companies will match the tax-deductible portion of your Membership and other donations made to the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum. Please call your Human Resources department to see if your company participates in this program.
The SAC Aerospace Museum is also happy to work with any company to coordinate a membership drive for employees. We will provide a $10 discount for family or individual Memberships when your company chooses to participate in a Membership drive.
Communicating with our Members via our monthly e-Newsletter saves the Museum printing, mailing, and postage costs. Also, Members on our e-mail list are the first to find out about activities and events, Museum news and behind-the-scenes stories from our scientists, and special e-mail-only offers! If you would like to be added to our e-mail list please go to our newsletter signup page.
More importantly, having your e-mail attached to your Membership allows you to receive critical expiration reminders that helps to ensure your membership does not expire!
No, the Museum will not share your e-mail address with any outside parties. It is used for official Museum business only.
Your Membership lasts a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
