Winter Hours (Oct. 1, 2024 to May 25, 2025)

Monday-Friday: 9 am – 4 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm
Sunday: 11 am – 5 pm
* Closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day
* Open 9 am – 2 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve

Parking

On-site parking is available and free for our guests.

Group/Company Rates

Groups of 20 people or more qualify for the discounted admission price of $12 per adult plus tax (ages 13+), and $9 per child plus tax (ages 4-12). Explore the museum at your own pace for no extra cost or with a guide for an additional $50 fee and discover the stories of the sky.

Group lunches are also available from our café for $9.95 per person.

Accommodations

The Museum is handicap accessible. Limited electric scooters are available to rent for $9.00. We also provide push wheelchairs for free.

Transportation

zTrip: Call 402-202-2222 to book your ride to and from the museum.

  • Please Note: You must call zTrip to schedule the ride service. The zTrip app does not accommodate these bookings.
  • These rides feature a lower per-mile rate than Lincoln or Omaha and the drivers can be contacted directly to book rides. Rides can be paid by card or cash. zTrip services Lincoln, Omaha and surrounding communities.
  • If you are taking public transportation to the Museum, please make sure you secure a ride back to your destination prior to being dropped off.
  • SAC Aerospace Museum is not responsible for coordinating transportation to and from the museum

Group/Company Information

Public Tours

Public tours of the Museum are available daily – learn all about our evolving exhibits and artifacts from our knowledgeable volunteer staff. Please allow two hours for the full tour.

Private Tours

Private tours are available for groups of 20 or more – get even more out of the Museum when you see it through the eyes of an experienced guide. These tours are $50 in addition to the price of admission and require two weeks’ notice for booking.

Do I need a reservation to visit the museum?

Reservations are not required to visit the Museum. Tickets are available at the Admissions Desk.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the Museum with the exception of service animals.

Is the museum handicap accessible?

Yes, the Museum is handicap accessible. Limited electric scooters are available to rent for $9.00 and push wheelchairs are available for free.

How much does parking cost?

Parking is free for all of our guests.

Is photography allowed?

You may take photos for personal use but not for profit or resale. Commercial photography is prohibited.

What is your weapons policy?

Weapons of any kind are prohibited at the Museum.

FUEL UP

SAC Lunch Café

Take a break from flying and fuel up with a bite to eat from the SAC Lunch Café. Located downstairs next to the Children’s Learning Center, the café has something for everyone with fan-favorite classics and alternating weekly specials.

Saturday, Sunday and Summer Hours: 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Kids can enjoy action-packed fun with titles like Invasion! and Asteroids, while thrill-seekers can take on the high-flying excitement of Wingwalkers or journey through space on CosmoRider. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!

The Cupola: A Quiet Space

We know that visiting with little ones can sometimes mean needing a quiet spot to take a break. The Cupola is our new room designed with families in mind—a comfortable, private space where you can recharge, nurse, or just enjoy a quiet moment together.
