Helicopter Day will be held at the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Helicopters begin landing promptly at 10 a.m. and visitors can watch while these choppers fly over the horizon and land right in front of them. Inside the Museum will be a drone workshop, family friendly activities and make-and-take projects! The Museum’s Mad Scientist will culminate the day at 2 p.m. with a science demonstration. The Museum also has a Children’s Learning Center with 10 interactive displays, bounce house, and simulator rides.
In case of inclement weather, the contingency day for this event is June 3.
